Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that does not match your order, we will arrange a free pickup from your address. Once the item is received and verified at our facility, we will either ship the correct product or issue a full refund within seven working days.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. All original components — including receipts, labels, price tags, warranty cards, and accessories — must be included. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damaged Product Received
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement. To process such claims, we require clear video proof of the damage as evidence. We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing and unwrapping your order directly from the sealed delivery package. This helps us confirm that the damage occurred during shipping.
Refund or replacement requests submitted without valid video proof, or videos recorded after the product has already been opened, will unfortunately not be accepted. Once the claim is verified, we will process your refund or send a replacement within seven working days. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent resolution for every customer.
